| المستخلص: | تعتبر العلاقات الاجتماعية من بين أهم المواضيع التي لفتت انتباه واهتمام العديد من الباحثين خاصة السوسيولوجيين منهم، وهذا لما لها من انعكاسات على النظم والبناءات الاجتماعية، ومن خلال هذا تطرقنا لدراسة هذا الموضوع تحت عنوان "العلاقات الاجتماعية وانعكاساتها على الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بشركة سوميفوس-بئر العاتر (ولاية تبسة)"، بحيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لنقل كافة الوقائع كما هي على أرض الميدان والتي تثري بحثنا بالمادة العلمية، كما اعتمدنا على تقنية المقابلة في استجواب المبحوثين، وذلك انطلاقا من العينة القصدية والتي تمثلت في العاملين بإدارة الشركة، ولهذا سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التعرف على واقع العلاقات الاجتماعية بالشركة سالفة الذكر، وكذلك مدى انعكاساتها وتأثيرها على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين. Social relations are among the most important topics that have attracted the attention of many researchers, especially sociologists, and this is because of its implications on social systems and structures, and through this we studied this topic under the title "social relations and their implications on the functional performance of Algerian economic institutions a field study at Somifos Bir El-Ater (wilaya of Tebessa)," so that this study relied on the descriptive method to convey all the facts as they are on the field, which enriches our research with scientific material, and we also relied on the interview technique in interviewing the respondents, based on the intended sample, which was represented by the employees of the company's management, and for this we will try through this research to identify the reality of social relations in this institution, and the extent of their repercussions and impact on the functional performance of employees. |
