| 520 | |a تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الصداق والشوار عند الأسرة القسنطينة في القرنيين العاشر والحادي عشر الهجريين الموافقين للقرنيين (16- 17 م) وهذا بالتركيز على نقطتين رئيسيتين أولاهما: قيمة ومكونات كل من الصداق والشوار والعوامل والأسباب المتحكمة في ذلك، والمتمثلة أساسا في المكانة الاجتماعية، والعادات والتقاليد. وثانيهما: أهم آثار ونتائج ذلك على الأسرة والمجتمع القسنطيني. وسنتناول هذه الجوانب من خلال مصدر يعتبر من أهم المصادر التي تناولت التاريخ الاجتماعي لبايلك قسنطينة خلال الحقبة المدروسة ألا وهو مخطوط نوازل ابن الفكون. |b This study shed light on the dowry and the trousseau in the Constantine’s family in the Tenth and Eleventh century Hijri (16–17 A.D), by focusing on two main points. First, the value and the components of each of the dowry and the trousseau and the controlling causes and effects, basically represented in the social status, customs and traditions. Secondly, the most important effects and consequences for Constantine’s family and the community. All this will be tackled through one of the most important sources that deals with the social history of the baylik of Constantine during the era studied which is Nawazil ibn EL – Feggoun Manuscript. |d Cette étude est un exposé analytique sur la dote et le trousseau au sein de la famille Constantinoise durant le dixième et onzième siècle Hijri (16 - 17 après J.-C.), en mettant l'accent sur deux points, la valeur et les composants de ces deux objets, leurs significations sociales en rapport avec le statut social et les coutumes et traditions, d’une part, les effets et les conséquences de cette pratique sur les liens entre les familles et la communauté, d’u autre part. L’étude de ces deux aspects est faite sur la base de l’exploitation de l’une des plus importantes sources qui traite de l’histoire sociale de Baylik de Constantine pendant la période étudiée intitulé «Nawasil Ibn El Feggoun ». | ||
