| 520 | |a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول الشكاوى والالتماسات الرسمية لليهود إلى الخلفاء الفاطميين بمصر من خلال وثائق الجنيزة، ومنها: شكوى بشأن (الضرائب)، للخليفة الفاطمي الظاهر لإعزاز دين الله. وشكوى دينية والتماس إلى الخليفة الفاطمي المستنصر بالله بشأن (إغلاق الكنيس الفلسطيني في الفسطاط)، وقد رفعت هذه الشكاوى إلى الخلفاء الفاطميين، وكتبت وحررت مسوداتها عن طريق ديوان الإنشاء الفاطمي. وتكمن أهمية الموضوع في تعتبر اعتبار الشكاوى والالتماسات مرآة القصر التي تعكس لنا العديد من الحقائق عن الحياة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتعلقة بالمجتمع؛ إذ هي كاشفة لأحوال المجتمع بحكم أنها واحدة من الوسائل الرسمية المعترف بها، والتي يكفلها جهاز الدولة (مجلس النظر في المظالم، في العصر الفاطمي). |b This research aims to address the official complaints and petitions of the Jews to the Fatimid caliphs in Egypt through the Genizah documents, including: a complaint about (taxes), by the Fatimid caliph al-Zahir to honor the religion of God. And a religious complaint to the Fatimid caliph, Al-Mustansir Billah, regarding (the closure of the Palestinian synagogue in Fustat). The importance of the subject lies in considering the complaints and petitions as the mirror of the age, which reflects to us many facts about the political, economic and social life related to society. As it reveals the conditions of society by virtue of being one of the recognized official means, which is guaranteed by the state apparatus (the Council for the Review of Grievances, in the Fatimid era). | ||
