| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة النقب التعليمية وعلاقتها بفاعلية اتخاذ القرار من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم الاعتماد على مقياس مكون من (٣٨) فقرة موزع على محورين حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (٢٢٣) معلما ومعلمة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتم التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاجتماعية (SPSS) واستخدام اختبار بيرسون لدلالة العلاقة ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ بالإضافة إلى المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية لفقرات الاستبانة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التحويلية لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة النقب التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت متوسطة، وتبين أيضا أن درجة فاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري مدارس منطقة النقب التعليمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت متوسطة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين ممارسة مديري مدارس منطقة النقب التعليمية للقيادة التحويلية وفاعلية اتخاذ القرار، وكانت أهم التوصيات العمل على تشجيع مديري المدارس على تفويض المعلمين في عملية اتخاذ القرار وتمكينهم من ممارسة هذه المهارة القيادية، عقد دورات تدريبية وبرامج تطوير مهني خاصة بالمديرين لرفع مستوى درجة ممارستهم للقيادة التحويلية في الإدارة المدرسية. This study aims to identify the degree of transformational leadership practice among school principals in the Negev educational area and its relationship to effective decision-making from the point of view of teachers and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the descriptive analytical curriculum, and was based on a scale of (38) paragraphs divided into two axes where a random sample of (223) teachers was selected, selected in a random way, and statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the social package program (SPSS) and the use of Pearson test to denote The relationship and the Alpha Cronbach's equation in addition to the averages and standard deviations of the questionnaire paragraphs, the results of the study showed that the degree of transformational leadership practice among school principals in the Negev educational area from the point of view of teachers was moderate It was also found that the degree of effectiveness of decision-making among the principals of schools in the Negev educational region from the point of view of teachers was moderate, and the results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between the practice of the principals of schools in the Negev educational region for transformative leadership and the effectiveness of decision-making, the most important recommendations were to encourage school principals to delegate teachers in the decision-making process and enable them to practice this leadership skill, holding training courses and vocational development programs for managers to raise the level of their practice of transformative leadership.
