| المستخلص: | جاء هذا البحث بعنوان (غض البصر) ونهجت منهج منهجا استقرائيا استنباطيا وتبين لي خلال هذا البحث أن الشريعة الإسلامية المطهرة سدت كل الذرائع المؤدية إلى الوقوع في الحرام؛ لأجل ذلك جاء الأمر بغض البصر، والنهي عن النظر إلى العورات. وأن عورة الرجل ما بين السرة والركبة، وأن جميع بدن المرأة عورة لا ينظر إليها الأجنبي، وأن المحارم ينظرون إلى ما يظهر غالبا من النساء من الوجه واليدين والرقبة والقدمين،والخاطب ينظر إلى وجه المرأة ويديها، أما الزوج ينظر إلى جميع بدن زوجته وليس بينهم عورة، وكذلك زوجته تنظر إليه، وإن الزوج ينظر إلى الربيبة مثل ما ينظر إلى بنته من صلبه، وأن الطبيب ينظر إلى المرأة ما تدعوا إليه الحاجه دون زيادة وكذلك الطبيبة، وأن يغسل الرجال رجال ويغسل النساء نساء ولا ينظر الغاسل إلى العورة المغلظة ولا يمسها. This research was titled (Lowering the Eye), and I used the comparative induction method The purified Islamic law blocked all pretexts leading to falling into the forbidden; For this reason, the command came to lower one's gaze, and it was forbidden to look at private parts.
