| المستخلص: | تهدف الدارسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تعليم الفتاة اليمنية في مختلف مراحل التعليم، والتعرف على التحديات التي تواجهه الفتاة اليمنية في مراحل التعليم المختلفة، وكذلك التعرف على الفرص المتاحة للفتاة اليمنية في مواجهه التحديات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وذلك من خلال التحليل الاستقرائي للاستراتيجيات ومؤشرات التعليم باليمن في جميع مراحله. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: - أن هناك فجوة كبيرة بين معدلات التحاق الفتيات بمراحل التعليم المختلفة (أساسي، ثانوي، فني ومهني، جامعي، دراسات عليا) مقارنة بمعدلات التحاق الذكور. - أن هناك ثلاثة تحديات تواجه تعليم الفتاة اليمنية، هي: تحديات اجتماعية، ومن أبرزها: ارتفاع نسبة الأمية بين السكان اليمنيين، وهذا بدوره يؤثر بشكل أو بأخر على التحاق الفتيات بالتعليم، وتحديات اقتصادية، ومن أبرزها: تدهور الحالة المعيشية لقطاع واسع من المجتمع اليمني، بسبب الأزمات الاقتصادية والسياسية التي تمر بها اليمن، وهذا يؤثر على تعليم الفتاة، حيث تفضل الأسر إلحاق الفتيان دون الفتيات بالمدرسة، لعدم قدرتهم على تحمل النفقات الدراسية لجميع الأولاد الذكور والإناث، وتحديات تعليمية، ومن أبرزها: بعد مؤسسات التعليم عن التجمعات السكانية. - أن هناك العديد من الفرص المتاحة والتي يمكن استغلالها وتوظيفها في مواجهة التحديات التي تواجه تعليم الفتاة اليمنية في مراحل التعليم المختلفة ومن أهم هذه الفرص: الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم الأساسي (2003 - 2015م)، الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم الثانوي (2006 - 2011م)، الاستراتيجية الوطنية للتعليم العالي (2006 - 2011م)، استراتيجية تنمية المرأة (2006 - 2015)،... إلخ. - في ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات التي من شأنها ارتفاع معدلات التحاق الفتاة اليمنية بمراحل التعليم المختلفة. The current study aims to identify the reality of Yemeni girl education in the various stages of education, identify the challenges faced by the Yemeni girl in the different stages of education, as well as identify the opportunities available to the Yemeni girl in facing challenges. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used. This is done through inductive analysis of strategies and indicators of education in Yemen at all stages. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - There is a large gap between the enrollment rates of girls in the different levels of education (basic, secondary, technical and vocational, university, postgraduate studies) compared to the enrollment rates of males. - There are three challenges facing the education of Yemeni girls, they are: Social challenges, most notably: the high rate of illiteracy among the Yemeni population, and this role affects one way or another the enrollment of girls in education. Economic challenges, most notably: the deterioration of the living situation of a large segment of Yemeni society, due to the economic and political crises that Yemen is going through, and this affects the education of girls, as families prefer to enroll boys without girls in school, because they are unable to bear the educational expenses of all boys and girls. And educational challenges, most notably: the distance of educational institutions from population centers. - There are many available opportunities that can be exploited and employed in facing the challenges facing the education of Yemeni girls in the various stages of education, and the most important of these opportunities are: The National Strategy for Basic Education (2003-2015), the National Strategy for Secondary Education (2006-2011), the National Strategy Higher Education (2006-2011), the Women's Development Strategy (2006-2015),... etc. - According to the research results, the study reached a number of recommendations and proposals that would raise the enrollment rates of Yemeni girls in the various stages of education. |
