| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور المؤسسات الاجتماعية المهيمنة في بناء وتشكيل الوعي بالمخاطر الأمنية، من منظور أولريش بيك، والذي يقدم نظرة ثاقبة عن العلاقة بين المؤسسات الاجتماعية المهيمنة وإنتاج وإدارة المخاطر الأمنية. وخلصت إلى أن أولريش بيك يطرح آلية لفهم البناء الاجتماعي للمخاطر الأمنية، وهي تعكس الطريقة التي تفهم بها المخاطر الأمنية، سواء في الأوساط الأكاديمية أو في المجتمع الأوسع. هذه الآلية تسلط الضوء على التناقضات (الصراعات) المختلفة في تصور المخاطر. This study aims to reveal the role of dominant social institutions in building and shaping awareness of security risks, from Ulrich Beck's perspective, which provides insight into the relationship between dominant social institutions, the production and management of security risks. It concluded that Ulrich Beck offers a mechanism for understanding the social construction of security risks. It reflects the way in which you understand security risks, both in academia and in the broader community. This mechanism highlights the different contradictions (conflicts) in risk perception. Cette étude vise à révéler le rôle des institutions sociales dominantes dans la construction et la prise de conscience des risques de sécurité, du point de vue d'Ulrich Beck, qui donne un aperçu de la relation entre les institutions sociales dominantes et la production et la gestion des risques de sécurité. Elle a conclu que Ulrich Beck offre un mécanisme pour comprendre la construction sociale des risques de sécurité. Elle reflète la façon dont vous comprenez les risques de sécurité, à la fois dans le monde universitaire ou dans la communauté en général. Ce mécanisme met en évidence les différentes contradictions (conflits) dans la perception des risques. |
