| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدارسة للوقوف على الصعوبات والتحديات التي يواجهها أخصائي المعلومات أثناء تطبيقه لنشاط اليقظة المعلوماتية داخل مكتبات المدارس العليا لولاية عنابة، هذا النشاط الذي يضمن له رصد لكل المستجدات من المعلومات باستخدام كل المهارات، وكل الإمكانات المتاحة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مكتبات عينة الدراسة تمتلك الإمكانات التكنولوجية وتعاني من نقص في الإمكانات البشرية مع نقص في الميزانية، إلا أن تطبيق هذا النشاط يتم بشكل عفوي. The aim of this study is to identify the difficulties and challenges faced by the information specialist in the application of informatics vigilance activity within the libraries of the high schools of Annaba Department. This activity ensures that he will monitor all updates of the information using all skills and all the available resources. The technological potential suffers from a lack of human resources with a budget deficit, but the application of this activity is done spontaneously. Le but de cette étude est d'identifier les difficultés et les défis rencontrés par le spécialiste de l'information dans l'application de l'activité de la veille informationnelle dans les bibliothèques des lycées de la Wilaya d'Annaba afin de surveiller toutes les mises à jour de l'information en utilisant toutes les compétences et toutes les ressources disponibles. Le potentiel technologique souffre d'un manque de ressources humaines avec un déficit budgétaire, mais l'application de cette activité se fait spontanément. |
