| المستخلص: | " الإسلام دين الأخلاق" شعار حمل لواءه النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) منذ الوهلة الأولى لبعثته الشريفة، كيف لا وقد اختزل سبب البعثة في إتمام صالح الأخلاق، فبعث النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) فأقر من الأخلاق الصالح الموجود، وقوم المعوج، وسن المفقود. فالأخلاق جوهر الإسلام، ولبه، وروحه السارية في جميع جوانبه- عبادة، ومعاملة، وسلوكا- يحيا بوجودها، ويفتقد بفقدها، ولذا حذر النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) كل الحذر من الأخلاق السيئة، ومنها: " إيذاء الغير " بأي شكل من أشكال الإيذاء، حسيا كان أو معنويا، بغض النظر عن معتقد الآخر، أو جنسيته، أو لونه، وهو ما يسمى في العصر الحديث بـــــ " التنمر ". فأردت في هذا البحث أن ألقى الضوء على ما وقع من الصحابة الكرام رضوان الله عليهم أجمعين بغير قصد مما يشبه التنمر، وكيف عالجه النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وسميته: " التنمر، مفهومه، وأنواعه، وعلاجه في ضوء السنة النبوية". وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول: تعريف التنمر لغة، واصطلاحا، والمبحث الثاني: أشكال التنمر، وأنواعه، والمبحث الثالث: الأحداث المشابهة للتنمر التي أشارت إليها السنة النبوية، وطرق معالجتها، والخاتمة: ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج المستفادة من البحث، وبعض التوصيات، ثم ثبت المراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات. المنهج: اتبعت هذه المناهج بالبحث (الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والاستنباطي) النتائج: من أهم النتائج بيان أن الإسلام منهج متكامل في جميع جوانب الحياة عقيدة، وسلوكا، ومعاملة، وأخلاقا، وأن كل أمر من شأنه أن يحط من شأن الآخر ويزدريه يعد تنمرا، وقد عالج الإسلام هذا الأمر بعدة وسائل منها: التأكيد على حرمة هذا الأمر، وأنه من صفات الجاهلية، وبيان أن المنزلة الحقيقة عند الله هو العمل والتقوى، وعقوبة المتنمر في بعض الحالات، وأنه يضمن ما أتلفه من ممتلكات. "Islam is the religion of morals" slogan carried by the Prophet from the first glance of his honorable mission, how not has reduced the reason for the mission in the completion of the good morals, sent the Prophet approved of the good morals exists, and the people of the crooked, and the age of the missing. Ethics is the essence of Islam, its core, and its spirit in all its aspects- worship, treatment, and behavior- lives by its existence, and is missing by its loss, and therefore the Prophet warned all caution against bad morals, including: « harming others » in any form of harm, whether sensory or moral, regardless of the other’s belief, nationality, or color, which is called in the modern era "bullying". In this research, I wanted to shed light on what happened from the honorable companions, may God be pleased with them all, unintentionally, which resembles bullying, and how the Prophet treated it and called it: « bullying, its concept, types, and treatment in the light of the Sunnah of the Prophet.« The research included an introduction, and three sections: the first topic: the definition of bullying language, and idiomatically, and the second topic: forms of bullying, and its types, and the third topic: events similar to bullying referred to by the Sunnah of the Prophet, and ways to address them, and the conclusion: mentioned the most important results learned from the research, and some recommendations, then proved references, and index topics. Methodology: These approaches were followed by research (inductive, analytical, and deductive) Results: One of the most important results is to show that Islam is an integrated approach in all aspects of life as a belief, behavior, treatment, and morals, and that every matter that would degrade and despise the other is considered bullying, and Islam has dealt with this matter in several ways, including: emphasizing the sanctity of this matter, and that it is one of the characteristics of ignorance, and explaining that the true status with God is work and piety, and the punishment of the bully in some cases, and that it guarantees the property damaged. |
