| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين نحو مناسبة اليوتيوب كأداة لنشر المعرفة لدعم التعلم غير الرسمي، وذلك باختلاف متغيراتهم (الجنس، العمر، المجال العلمي، التعلم السابق من خلال اليوتيوب، النشر التعليمي السابق من خلال اليوتيوب). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة باستخدام استبيان إلكتروني بمشاركة (٧٩٠) أستاذ جامعي من مختلف الجامعات الحكومية السعودية. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الأساتذة الجامعيين لديهم اتجاه إيجابي نحو مناسبة اليوتيوب كأداة لنشر المعرفة لدعم كافة المتعلمين غير الرسميين، ولدعم التعلم غير الرسمي باختلاف طبيعة المواد التعليمية، ولدعم التعلم غير الرسمي لكل مستويات التعلم. كما توصلت إلى تأثير متغير الجنس ومتغير التعلم السابق من خلال اليوتيوب على اتجاهاتهم نحو مناسبته لنشر المعرفة لدعم تعلم مختلف المتعلمين غير الرسميين، وبينت أيضا تأثير متغير النشر التعليمي السابق من خلال اليوتيوب على اتجاهاتهم نحو مناسبة اليوتيوب لنشر المعرفة لدعم تعلم مختلف المتعلمين غير الرسميين ودعم التعلم غير الرسمي باختلاف طبيعة المواد التعليمية وكافة مستويات التعلم. تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات للدراسات المستقبلية والتطبيقات الإجرائية في ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج. |b This study aimed to identify university instructors' attitudes toward the appropriateness of using YouTube as tool for knowledge sharing to facilitate informal learning considering their variables (gender, age, scientific field, previous learning through YouTube, previous educational publishing through YouTube). The Descriptive-Survey Method has been used to achieve the goals of this study. (790) university instructors all around Saudi public universities responded to an electronic survey tool. Results showed that university instructors have a positive attitude towards the appropriateness of YouTube as a tool for knowledge sharing to facilitate all informal learners, informal learning of different courses nature, informal learning of all learning levels. It, also, showed the effect of gender and previous learning through YouTube variables on their attitudes towards its appropriateness for knowledge sharing to facilitate the learning of various informal learners. Moreover, it exhibited the impact of previous educational publishing through YouTube variable on their attitudes towards YouTube's appropriateness for knowledge sharing to facilitate all informal learners, informal learning of different courses nature, informal learning of all learning levels. Future studies and practical recommendations were proposed based on the study results. | ||
