| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة امتلاك مدّرسي الرياضيات بمدينة اللاذقية للمعارف الأساسية في القياس والتقويم ومهارات عملياتهما، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال اختيار عينة من مدرسي الرياضيات بمدينة اللاذقية، وبلغ عددها (100)مدرساً ومدرسةً، ثم أعداد اختبار تحصيل في المعارف الأساسية للقياس والتقويم، وأعداد استبانة لتعرف درجة امتلاك مهارات عمليات القياس والتقويم لدى أفراد العينة، وبعد إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية، بينت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك المدرسين للمعارف الأساسية للقياس والتقويم التربوي كانت ضعيفة، كما بينت نتائج الاستبانة بأن تقدير درجة امتلاك المدرسين لمهارات عمليات القياس والتقويم كانت متوسطة، مع وجود مهارات كانت متدنية، ولم تظهر النتائج وجود أثراً لمتغيري الجنس وخبرة المدرسين في تقديراتهم لكل من امتلاكهم للمعارف ومهارات عمليات القياس والتقويم. |b The study aimed to determine the degree to which mathematics teachers in the city of lattakia possess basic knowledge in educational measurement and evaluation and operations skills, to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive theatrical approach by selecting a sample of mathematics teachers in lattakia, their number was (100) teachers and teachersm then preparing an achievement test in the basic knowledge of measurement and evaluation, and preparing a questionnaire to know the degree of possession of the skills of measurement and evaluation processes among the sample members,, After conducting statistical analyzes, the results of the study showed that the degree to which teachers possessed basics knowledge of educational measurement and evaluation was weak, the results of the questionnaire also showed that the assessment of the degree to which teachers possess the skills of measurement and evaluation processes in education was medium, with the presence of skills that were low, and the results of the study did not show an effect of the variables of gender and teachers experience in their estimates of their possession of knowledge and skills of measurement and evaluation processes. The researcher suggested the need to pay attention to training teachers on assessment skills that confirm the extent to which science achieves goals. | ||
