| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية الأداء التدريسي والاتجاه نحو تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة للطالبة معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي بكلية التربية النوعية- جامعة المنيا، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بإتباع التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمتغيرات الدراسة، وتم اختيار مجموعة الدراسة من بين طالبات الفرقة الثالثة (الطالبة المعلمة) عددهم (٣٠)، وقد تمثلت أدوات الدراسة في اختبار الأداء المعرفي للأداء التدريسي، وبطاقة ملاحظة المكون التطبيقي للأداء التدريسي، مقياس الاتجاه نحو التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وقد أسفر البحث عن العديد من النتائج أهمها: إن استخدام التدريس التأملي ساهم في تنمية الإداء التدريسي للطالبة معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي بمكونيه (المكون المعرفي، والتطبيقي) للتدريس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما ساهم البرنامج المقترح في تنمية اتجاهاتها نحو التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير برامج إعداد الطالبة معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي بكليات التربية النوعية، وكليات الاقتصاد المنزلي "القسم التربوي" الحالية بما يتمشى مع متطلبات المستقبل، والتدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والاستفادة من الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة في مجال التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وذلك بالاعتماد على الاستراتيجيات والنماذج التدريسية الحديثة التي تؤكد على الدور الإيجابي للمتعلم أثناء تدريس الاقتصاد المنزلي سواء للعاديين أو لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتبنى برامج إعداد معلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي لأساليب تقويم متنوعة تركز على أداء الطالبة المعلمة في ضوء معايير الأداء التدريسي. The study aimed to investigate reflective teaching based proposed program to develop home economics student teachers' teaching performance and the attitude towards teaching special needs at Faculty of Specific Education. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a quasi experimental research with one group (pre-posttests) of the study variables, and the study group was chosen from among the students of the third year (student teacher) The participants of the study were thirty (N= 30) students enrolled in third –year of home economics at the Faculty of Specific Education - Minia University. The instruments of the study consisted in testing the cognitive performance of the teaching performance, an observing sheet of teaching performance, an attitude scale towards teaching special needs, and the research resulted revealed that The use of contemplative teaching contributed to the development of the cognitive component of the teaching performance of the teaching skills of special needs, the proposed program has contributed to the development of the student’s home economics teacher’s attitude towards teaching special needs, and in light of these results the study recommended the importance of developing programs for the student’s home economics teacher preparation in the Faculties of Specific Education and the Faculties of Home Economics “The Educational Department” Current education in line with the requirements of the future, teaching for people with special needs, and benefiting from the modern educational trends in the field of teaching special needs, by relying on modern teaching strategies and models that emphasize the positive role of the learner during the teaching of home economics, whether for ordinary or special needs, and programs for preparing a home economics teacher adopt various evaluation methods that focus on the performance of the student teacher in light Teaching performance standards. |
