| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر مؤشرات التأمين الصحي (الأقساط، التعويضات، عدد المؤمنين) على بعض مؤشرات التنمية الصحية في سورية (نصيب الفرد من موازنة الصحة، نسبة موازنة الصحة من الموازنة العامة)، وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من العام 2006، ولغاية العام 2020. كما تم اعتماد أسلوب القياس الكمي، بالاستناد إلى أساليب ونماذج الاقتصاد القياسي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود أثر طردي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأقساط التأمين الصحي في نصيب الفرد من موازنة الصحة، وفي نسبة موازنة الصحة من الموازنة العامة. وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لعدد المؤمنين صحيا في نصيب الفرد من موازنة الصحة، وإن متغير نصيب الفرد من موازنة الصحة يستجيب بشكل سلبي للتغير في عدد المؤمنين صحيا، ووجود أثر سلبي ذو دلالة إحصائية لعدد المؤمنين صحيا في نسبة موازنة الصحة من الموازنة العامة. وجود أثر طردي ذو دلالة إحصائية لتعويضات التأمين الصحي في نصيب الفرد من موازنة الصحة. |b The aim of the research is to study the impact of health insurance indicators (premiums, compensation, number of insured persons) on some health development indicators in Syria (per capita share of the health budget, the ratio of the health budget to the general budget), during the period from 2006 to 2020. The quantitative measurement method was also adopted, based on econometric methods and models, and the results of the research concluded that there is a direct, statistically significant effect of health insurance premiums on the per capita share of the health budget, and on the ratio of the health budget to the general budget. The presence of a statistically significant effect of the number of health believers on the per capita share of the health budget, and that the per capita share variable of the health budget responds negatively to the change in the number of health believers, and the presence of a negative statistically significant effect of the number of health believers on the ratio of the health budget to the general budget. There is a direct and statistically significant effect of health insurance compensation on the per capita share of the health budget. | ||
