| المستخلص: | إن العالم يتطور بشكل متسارع جدا، وبالذات في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وعصر الذكاء الاصطناعي وإنترنت الأشياء والعوالم الافتراضية. وهذه الدراسة تركز بشكل أساسي على محركات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة (إنترنت الأشياء، برامج الذكاء الاصطناعي، الحوسبة السحابية، الروبوتات...). وتم التطرق إلى أنه مع دخول عالمنا عتبة الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وجدنا أن التنافس الدولي المعاصر أخذ أشكالا وأبعادا أخرى تتمثل في التنافس على مجالات اقتناء وابتكار تكنولوجيا الثورة الصناعية الرابعة كما يحدث حاليا بين أمريكا والصين، وأيضا تم تناول آثار الثورة الصناعية الرابعة على قطاع الأعمال والوظائف والتعليم والمناخ والتحولات الاجتماعية. The world is developing at a very rapid pace, especially in light of the fourth industrial revolution and the era of artificial intelligence, the Internet of things and virtual worlds. This study focuses mainly on the drivers of the fourth industrial revolution (internet of things, artificial intelligence programs, cloud computing, robotic). It was considered because with our world entering the threshold of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, we found that contemporary international competition took other forms and dimensions represented in the competition for the areas of acquisition and innovation of the technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as is currently happening between America and China, and the effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the business sector, jobs, education, climate and social transformations. |
