| المستخلص: | يعالج هذا البحث أثر وفاة الشريك على مصير الشركة في مطلبين: يتناول المطلب الأول إمكانية تأثر الشركة بوفاة الشريك، والذي ينقسم بدوره إلى فرعين: تم تخصيص الأول منهما للحديث عن وفاة الشريك في شركة التضامن، في حين أن الثاني تم تخصيصه للحديث عن وفاة الشريك في شركة التوصية. بينما يتناول المطلب الثاني عدم إمكانية تأثر الشركة بوفاة الشريك من خلال تقسيمه إلى فرعين: بحث الأول منهما في وفاة الشريك في الشركة المحدودة المسؤولية، وبحث الفرع الثاني في وفاة الشريك في المساهمة المغفلة. This research deals with the impact of the death of a partner on the fate of the company in two ways. The first requirement deals with the company being affected by the death of a partner, which in turn is divided into two branches: The first of them is dedicated to determining the death of a partner in the partnership company, while the second is devoted to talking about the death of a partner in a limited partnership. While the second requirement deals with the inability of the Company to be affected by the death of the partner by dividing it into two branches: the first of them discusses the death of the partner in the limited liability company, and the second section examines the death of the partner in the overlooked shareholding. |
