| المستخلص: | إن الحصول على الاعتماد لا يتم إلا من خلال تنفيذ الجامعة للمعايير الصادرة عن المركز الوطني لضمان الجودة التي من أهمها معيار البرامج التعليمية الذي يتضمن مؤشر (توصيف المقررات والبرامج الأكاديمية)، وفقا لنموذج المركز الوطني لضمان الجودة الذي تم إعداده وتصميمه واعتماده سنة 2019م، وعلى المؤسسة التعليمية أرفاق عينة من توصيف المقررات والبرامج ضمن الوثائق المرفقة لطلب الاعتماد، ونظرا لأهمية توصيف المقررات والبرامج الأكاديمية هدف البحث لتحديد المعوقات التي تمنع رؤساء الأقسام العلمية من توصيف المقررات وجاء البحث للإجابة على التساؤل القائل: ما مستوى إدراك رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بجامعة بني وليد لمفاهيم وعبارات توصيف المقررات الدراسية والبرامج الأكاديمية وفقا للنموذج 2019 الصادر عن المركز الوطني لضمان الجودة؟ على عينة مقصودة، تكونت من كافة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بجميع كليات جامعة بني وليد واستخدم الباحث أداء الاستبيان لبيان فهم أفراد العينة للمفاهيم والعبارات التي وردت في نموذج التوصيف، وتوصل البحث لعدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى إدراك مفاهيم وعبارات التوصيف كان منخفض لدى رؤساء الأقسام عينة البحث، ولم يتأثر مستوى الإدراك بمتغير الدرجة العلمية ولا بالمؤهل العلمي مما يدل على أن عدم توصيف المقررات الدراسية والبرامج الأكاديمية كان ناتج عن غموض المفاهيم والعبارات التي تضمنها نموذج التوصيف الصادر عن المركز الوطني لضمان الجودة 2019 بشقيه، وأيضا بسبب عدم اهتمام الجامعة بنشر ثقافة الجودة وتقديم ورش عمل لتدريبهم على إتمام عملية التوصيف مما يعد من أهم المعوقات التي تمنع كليات جامعة بني وليد من التقدم للمركز الوطني لضمان الجودة لنيل الاعتماد. The title of the study is “The Level of Awareness of the Concepts and Expressions of the Course Description and the Academic Program according to the Quality Assurance Center Model 2019 from the Point of View of the Heads of Scientific Departments in the Faculties of Bani Waleed University. Accreditation can only be obtained through the university’s implementation of the standards issued by the National Center for Quality Assurance, the most important of which is the educational programs standard. One of the indicators of this standard is the description of academic courses and programs, according to a model that was prepared, designed and approved in 2019. Accordingly, the educational institution must provide a sample of the descriptions of courses and programs within the documents attached to the application for accreditation. Having given the importance of describing courses and academic programs, this paper is an attempt to identify the obstacles that prevent the heads of scientific departments from describing courses and academic programs. This research is intended to answer the following question: What is the level of awareness of the heads of scientific departments at Bani Waleed University of the concepts and phrases describing courses and academic programs according to the 2019 model issued by the National Center for Quality Assurance? For collecting the required data, an intended sample was selected. The sample consisted of all heads of scientific departments in all faculties of Bani Waleed University. For data collection, a questionnaire was used to investigate the sample members’ understanding of the concepts and phrases that were mentioned in the characterization model. The research reached several results, the most important of which is that the level of awareness of the descriptive concepts and phrases was low among the heads of the departments of the research sample. The level of awareness was not affected by the variable of the degree or the academic qualification, which indicates that the lack of description of the academic courses and programs was caused by the ambiguity of the concepts and phrases included in the description form issued by the National Center for Quality Assurance 2019 in both parts of it. Moreover, this low level of awareness might be due to the university’s lack of interest in spreading the culture of quality and providing workshops to train them to complete the characterization process, which is one of the most important obstacles that prevent the faculties of Bani Walid University from applying to the the National Center for Quality Assurance to obtain accreditation. |
