| المستخلص: | تتناول هذه الدراسة القوة الحادة كأداة لاستراتيجية الهيمنة الإيرانية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، حيث تهدف إلى بيان ماهية القوة الحادة، من حيث التعريف، واختلافها مع الأشكال الأخرى للقوة، وأدواتها وآلياتها، وكذلك وصف الاستراتيجية الإيرانية، دوافعها وعواملها، ومن ثم شرح أدوات وآليات القوة الحادة الإيرانية تجاه الدول المستهدفة ضمن استراتيجيتها. حيث يسعى هذا البحث، من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إلى وصف وتحليل القوة الحادة الإيرانية وكيفية توظيفها لتحقيق أهدافها الخارجية. وتوصل البحث إلى أن النفوذ الإيراني في المنطقة ليس وليد قوتها الصلبة، لأن إيران لم تستخدم قوتها الصلبة بشكل مباشر، ولا تمتلك إيران قوة ناعمة جذابة بحيث تتمكن من كسب العقول والقلوب، بل إنها تستخدم القوة الحادة التي تقوم على التلاعب (ManipuIation) والإلهاء (Distraction) لاختراق الدول المستهدفة بالاعتماد على الوقيعة والترهيب والضغط من أجل تشكيل اهتمامات النخب السياسية والتأثير على القوى المؤثرة، ومن ثم التأثير على عملية صنع القرار في هذه الدول. This study examines sharp power as a strategic tool for Iran's hegemony toward the Middle East; where it aims to clarify what the sharp power is, its definition; differences with other forms of power; its tools and mechanisms. The research also describes the Iranian strategy, its motives and factors, then explains the tools and mechanisms of Iranian sharp power toward the targeted countries within its strategy. Through using the descriptive analytical method, the research describes and analyzes Iranian sharp power and how it is used to achieve Iran’s external goals. The research argues that Iranian influence in the region is not the result of its hard power as its not been used directly, and Iran does not possess an attractive soft power that can win minds and hearts, but rather uses the sharp power that is based on manipulation and distraction. penetrate the targeted countries by pressure and intimidation, to form the interests of the political elites and influencing the influencers, and then influence the decision-making process in these countries. |
