| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الصعوبات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت أثناء إجرائهم البحوث العلمية. تبنى الباحثون المنهج الوصفي في تلك الدراسة من خلال تصميم استبانة مغلقة تكونت من 44 عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور رئيسية هي (الخدمات الفنية المساعدة-الصعوبات الإدارية-الصعوبات المنهجية-الصعوبات الشخصية). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ١١٣ عضوا في كلية التربية الأساسية تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة المتاحة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس أعطوا قيم متوسطة لمعوقات البحث العلمي المطروحة في أداة الدراسة وذلك على الدرجة الكلية وجميع المحاور. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير الجنس والرتبة الوظيفية وسنوات الخبرة، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحثون بالاستفادة من الأبحاث التي لها أثر مباشرا وفعالا في تطوير المناهج الدراسية أو طرق التدريس في المدارس والجامعات، وإنشاء مراكز بحثية متخصصة في البحوث العلمية بطاقات بشرية متخصصة وتعمل على تمويل ومتابعة الأبحاث مرتبطة بخطط التنمية للدولة. The study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by the faculty at the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait while conducting educational scientific research. The study researchers adopted a descriptive approach and designed a closed questionnaire that consisted of 44 phrases distributed over four main axes (technical assistance services -administrative difficulties -methodological difficulties -personal difficulties). The study sample consisted of 113 members at the College of Basic Education, selected using the available sample method. The results showed that the faculty members gave average values to the obstacles to scientific research presented in the study tool on the total score and all axes. The results also indicated that no statistically significant differences between the faculty's point of view due to the variables of gender, status rank, and years of experience, In the light of the findings, the researchers recommended the use of research that has a direct and effective impact on the development of curricula or teaching methods in schools and universities, and the establishment of research centers specializing in scientific research with specialized human cards and working to finance and follow up research related to the State's development plans. |
