Therefore, it is necessary to search for solutions and develop strategies to achieve a balance between economic and social aspects and any other values related to the process of preserving heritage, so that there would not be maximizing one side over the other, and can achieve a maintained continuous civilized process. Heritage buildings in Egypt faces big problems, is that the limited capacity of the real estate market to estimate the true value of the heritage built directly reflected in the inability to encourage and provide adequate funding sources for projects to maintain those buildings. | ||
