| المستخلص: | تعد المهارات القرائية من الممارسات التعليمية والتربوية التي يحتاج إليها الإنسان طوال مراحل حياته. ولا ترتبط تنميتها بمرحلة تعليمية أو عمرية معينة نظرًا لأهميتها في تثقيف الإنسان ومعرفته بأموره الحياتية فضلًا عن أهميتها في كافة المراحل التعليمية التي يمر بها الإنسان، ولما كان التطور التكنولوجي ومخرجاته وآلياته المستخدمة في العملية التعليمية، وهدف البحث إلى تعرف فعالية استخدام البرمجة التعليمية في تنمية بعض المهارات القرائية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي القائم على تعرف البرمجة التعليمية وجمع المعلومات حول قضية معينة لتفسيرها وتحليلها والوقوف على جوانبها المختلفة، عن المضامين والمعاني التي تتضمن مبادئ نظرية أو تطبيقات عملية يمكن استخدامها وتلعب دورًا مهمًا في تنمية بعض المهارات القرائية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية من المصادر المختلفة والمصادر الأولية والمراجع الحديثة، وتوظيفها في خدمة البحث وأهدافه، ومن خلال استعراض الباحث للإطار النظري للبحث والدراسات والبحوث المرتبطة بموضوعه اتضح أهمية استخدام البرمجة التعليمية في تنمية بعض المهارات القرائية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وأوصى الباحث بأن تعمل وزارة التربية بالكويت على تصميم وتطوير مواد تعليمية تعمل على تطوير منظومة التعليم، وتوفير البيئة الحاضنة للابتكار والإبداع التربوي بما يتناسب مع التطورات التقنية المتلاحقة، والتي تعطي مجالًا لاستخدامها في العملية التعليمية على اختلاف مراحلها. Reading skills is considered one of the educational practices that human needs along his life and does not associate with certain educational or age stage due to its importance in educating human or helping him to know his life matters, as well as their importance in all educational stages that human goes through since the technological development and its outputs and mechanisms used in the educational process. The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of using educational programming in developing some reading skills among high school students. The research used the descriptive curriculum based on identifying educational programming, collecting information on a certain issue to explain, analyze and understand its different aspects, and knowing contents and meanings that involves the theoretical principals or practical applications that may be used. Furthermore, the educational programming has an important role in developing some reading skills among high school students, for example through different sources, primary sources, and modern sources, employing them to serve the research and its objectives. The importance of using the educational programming showed in developing some reading skills among high school students through reviewing the theoretical framework of the research, and studies and research related to its objectives by the researcher. The researcher recommended that the Ministry of Education in Kuwait should design and develop educational materials work on developing the education system, providing an educational innovation and creation that suits the successive technical developments that may be used in the educational process and its various stages. |
