| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أسباب عزوف أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب عن استخدام نظام مودل في التعليم من وجهة نظرهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثون بتطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات تكونت من (27) عبارة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (366) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب (كلية التربية الأساسية، كلية الدراسات التكنولوجية، كلية الدراسات التجارية، كلية العلوم الصحية، كلية التمريض) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن أهم أسباب عزوف أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن استخدام نظام مودل في التعليم من وجهة نظرهم هي أن الطلبة لا يمتلكون مهارات استخدام نظام مودل لإدارة التعلم الإلكتروني وأنهم بحاجة إلى التدريب على هذا النظام، إضافة إلى عدم تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس على النظام وكذلك ضعف البرامج الإعلامية التوعوية لتوجيه أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة لاستخدام نظام مودل لإدارة التعلم الإلكتروني في التطبيقي. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لأسباب عزوف أعضاء هيئة التدريس عن استخدام نظام مودل في كل من متغير الجنس يعزى للإناث، ومتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية يعزى لذوي الرتبة الأكاديمية (أستاذ)، أي أن كل من الإناث وأصحاب الرتبة الأكاديمية (أستاذ) كان عزوفهم أكبر عن استخدام نظام مودل. وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) على متغير الكلية. This study aimed to explore the perceptions of the academic staff in the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) towards the reasons for their reluctance to use Moodle system in education from their point of view. To achieve the aim of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire to collect data that consisted of (27) statements. The study sample consisted of (366) faculty members in the colleges of the PAAET (College of Basic Education, College of Technology Studies, College of Business Studies, College of Health Sciences, College of Nursing) who were chosen by random method. The study concluded that the most important reasons for Academic staff’ reluctance to use the Moodle system in education from their point of view is that the students do not have the skills to use the Moodle and they need training on this system, in addition to the lack of training of faculty members on Moodle system, as well as the weakness of the programs Awareness information to guide faculty members and students to use Moodle system for e-learning management in the PAAET colleges. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the arithmetic averages for the reasons for the faculty members’ reluctance to use the MODEL system in both the gender variable attributed to females, and the academic rank variable due to academic rank (professor), meaning that each of the Females and those with academic rank (Professor) were more reluctant to use Moodle. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) on the college variable. |
