| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف تقنيات الإدارة الصفية من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية بالمدينة المنورة؛ ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، معتمدة على: الاستبانة التي طبقت على عينة الدراسة وهي: اثنتان وثلاثون معلمة والمقابلة لستة معلمات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن: نجاح العملية التعليمية داخل الصف المدرسي يتوقف على سلوك المعلمة وقيمها والمعتقدات التي تحملها، وأدت العلاقات الإنسانية بين المعلمة والتلميذة إلى حسن التفاعل بين الاثنين؛ والتي تؤدي بدورها إلى أفضل النتائج المرجوة من العملية التربوية، وتأقلم المعلمات مع الظروف البيئية غير المناسبة للتعليم ومحاولتهن للتكيف مع تلميذاتهن لمواجه المواقف الصعبة. ومن أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أهمية استخدام التقنيات والأساليب العلمية الحديثة في مجال إدارة الصف المدرسي مع بداية التربية العملية في كليات التربية؛ لكي يتم تهيئة المعلمة للتعليم المدرسي في المستقبل. وضرورة تطبيق الدراسة على مدن ومناطق المملكة الأخرى باختلاف المراحل التعليمية، وتنمية الرغبة عند المعلمات للبحث عن طرق إدارة الصف الحديثة وتطبيقها عن طريق التحفيز في مراحل التعليم بشكل عام والمرحلة الابتدائية بشكل خاص؛ وذلك لاستخدامها في التطوير، والإصلاح، ومحاولة الاتجاه نحو الأفضل لتصل المدرسة إلى أفضل المخرجات التعليمية (التلميذات) بحسب رؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠. The current study aims to identify classroom management techniques from perspective of primary school teachers in Madinah. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the aim of the study. It was based on the survey that was filled by thirty-two female teachers and the interviews of six female teachers. The study found that the success of the educational process in the classroom depends on the behavior of the teacher, her values and beliefs. The good relationship between the teacher and the student leads to a better interaction between them which leads to the best outcomes of the educational process, and it improves teachers' adaptation to educational challenges and their abilities to face them with their students. The most important recommendation of the study is the importance of using modern and scientific techniques and strategies of classroom management in practical classes in the Faculty of Education to prepare teachers for teaching in the future. It is necessary to apply the study to schools with different levels in other cities and regions of the Kingdom and increase female teachers’ initiatives to search for modern classroom management strategies and apply them in different school stages and in particularly in primary stages. This is to be used in development, reforming, and trying to move towards the best educational outcomes (female students) according to the Kingdom's vision 2030. This qualitative study is distinguished by describing the reality through the survey and the interviews to reach a deeper understanding of teaching at the primary stage. |
