| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية على أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية مستعينين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بسوق أهراس كحالة تتم من خلالها الدراسة، وقد شملت الدراسة حوالي 50 عامل والاستعانة باستبيان يشمل أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأداء، ثم تحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها باستخدام برنامج spss. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود اتفاق في آراء أفراد العينة المستهدفة على المستوى الكبير لأداء المؤسسة، وكذا وجود تأثير فعلي لتطبيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمختلف أبعادها على أداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية. The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of the application of social responsibility on the performance of the economic institution, using the national painting corporation in Souk Ahras state as a case in which the study is, the study included about 50 workers and the use of a questionnaire that includes the dimensions of social responsibility and performance, then analyse the obtained results using spss program. The study found that there was agreement among the target sample on the large level of enterprise performance and that the application of social responsibility in its various dimensions had an actual impact on enterprise performance. |
