| المستخلص: | جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية بهدف الدراسة التحليلية لتقلبات أسعار النفط على التوازن المالي للصندوق الوطني للتقاعد الجزائري، وهذا نظرا للأهمية المتزايدة التي توليها الدولة الجزائرية لقطاع الضمان الاجتماعي وعلى وجه الخصوص الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد، ونظرا إلى أهمية العائدات النفطية، في تمويل القطاع عن طريق إنشاء الدولة للصندوق الوطني لاحتياطات التقاعد. الذي تعتمد مداخيله بنسبة 3% وعلى عائدات الجباية البترولية الجزائرية. بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وباستخدام أسلوب التحليل قمنا بإعطاء صورة عن وضعية الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد، بالإضافة إلى اتباع مسار الصناعة النفطية في الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها أن الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد شهد عجزا في رصيده المالي. والذي كان سببه جملة من الأسباب على رأسها اعتماد الصندوق في التمويل بصورة كبيرة على الاشتراكات، كما أن انهيار أسعار البترول أثر وبصورة سلبية على التوازن المالي للصندوق كونه يعتبر من وسائل تدخل الدولة في تمويل نظام التقاعد. This research paper came with the aim of the analytical study of oil price fluctuations on the financial balance of the Algerian National pension fund , this is due to the increasing importance that the Algerian state attaches to the social security sector , especially the national pension fund, in view of the importance of oil revenues, in financing the sector through the state’s establishment of the national fund for retirement reserves, whose income is 3% .dependent on Algerian oil tax revenues. Based on the descriptive approach and using the analytical method. We have given a picture of the status of the national pension fund. In addition to following the path of the oil industry in Algeria in recent years. Which was caused by a number of reasons, on top of which the fund relied heavily on subscriptions for financing.
