| المستخلص: | من أجل تحقيق التوازن بين التنمية الاقتصادية والضغط على البيئة، كان هناك العديد من الأدوات التنظيمية والطوعية التي يمكن للشركات استخدامها لمثل هذه الأغراض. إن إدارة الجودة الشاملة للبيئة (TQEM) تستخدم نهجا يدمج التفكير البيئي والجودة في كل جانب من جوانب عملياتهم لتقود إلى إدارة للجودة والبيئة أكثر فعالية وكفاءة. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تشخيص وتحديد حجم الفجوة بين الواقع المحقق في الشركة المبحوثة ومتطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة للبيئة على وفق المعيار الدولي ISO14001:2015 إذ يمكن بلورة المشكلة الرئيسة للبحث في ضعف تشخيص الأثار البيئية المؤثرة في بيئة العمل والبيئة العامة والناجمة من الصناعة النفطية في ضوء الحاجة الملحة لحماية البيئة ولتعزيز الفوائد الفردية المتوقعة عند تطبيق هذه الممارسة في القطاع النفطي لحقل شرقي بغداد/ الراشدية التابع لشركة نفط الوسط. جمع نهج البحث بين الجانب النظري لإيجاد مفهوم التطبيق المناسب وفق ما أظهرت الأبحاث والدراسات لمختلف الصناعات، وبين الجانب التطبيقي باستخدام قوائم الفحص وعدد من وسائل التحليل الإحصائي (الوسط الحسابي، الأوزان والنسبة المئوية) وفقا لكل جانب في البحث، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود فجوة في تطبيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمقدار (40.8%) المتعلقة بالحد من الآثار السلبية في مختلف الجوانب البيئية، مما يدعو لمزيد من الاهتمام في الأداء البيئي في الحقل النفطي. In order to balance economic development and pressure on the environment, there have been many regulatory and voluntary tools that companies can use for such purposes. Total Quality Environmental Management (TQEM) uses an approach that integrates environmental and quality thinking into every aspect of their operations to lead to more effective and efficient quality and environment management. The current research aims to diagnose and determine the size of the gap between the reality achieved in the researched company and the requirements of total quality management for the environment in accordance with the international standard ISO14001:2015. The urgent need to protect the environment and to enhance the individual benefits expected when applying this practice in the oil sector of the East Baghdad / Rashidiya field of the Midline Oil Company. The research approach combined between the theoretical side to find the appropriate application concept according to what research and studies showed for various industries, and the applied side by using checklists and a number of statistical analysis methods (arithmetic mean, weights and percentage). According to each aspect in the research, and the research concluded with a set of results that were the most prominent of which is the existence of a gap in the application of the requirements of total quality management by (40.8%) related to reducing the negative effects in various environmental aspects, which calls for more attention in the environmental performance in the oil field. |
