| 520 | |a نتوخى من خلال هذه الدراسة تقديم دراسة وصفية عن الجماعات الترابية المكونة لإقليم سيدي قاسم، التابع جهوياً لجهة الرباط سلا القنيطرة، من خلال نوعية الجماعات الترابية، بالاعتماد على تحليل مونوغرافية إقليم سيدي قاسم، إحصائيات وسط الإقامة على الصعيد الترابي لإقليم، بالاعتماد على نتائج الإحصاء للسكان والسكنى والتصنيف الإداري المعمول به في تراب إقليم سيدي قاسم. إن هذه الدراسة تحاول أن تحين بعض المعطيات الكمية والنوعية عن المجال الترابي لإقليم ضمن الجهة المنتمي لها، في إطار قراءة سوسيومجالية للمشهد الترابي بإقليم سيدي قاسم، على ضوء مفارقات اتجاه المشهد الحضري على الصعيد الجهوي والإقليمي. إذ يعرف المجال الترابي المغربي والجهوي نموا مطرداً لديناميات التحضر، بينما في إقليم سيدي قاسم هناك حالة شبه خاصة تتعلق بديناميات الحضرية بالإقليم تتمثل في بطئ وثيرة التحولات الترابية نحو الحضرية، وكذا صعود المراكز الحضرية التي تراوح مكانها منذ عقود في تراب إقليم سيدي قاسم. |b Through this study, we aim to present a descriptive study on the territorial collectivities that make up the region of Sidi Kacem, which is regionally affiliated with the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region, through the quality of local authorities, based on the analysis of the monograph of the deprivance of Sidi Kacem, the statistics of the center of residence at the territorial level of a region, based on the results of the population and housing census and the administrative classification in force on the territory of the territory of the province of Sidi Kacem. This study attempts to provide quantitative and qualitative data on the territorial area of a region within its region, as part of a sociological reading of the territorial landscape in the province of Sidi Kacem, in the light of the paradoxes of the evolution of the urban landscape at regional and regional levels. The Moroccan and regional territorial area is experiencing a steady growth in urbanization dynamics, while in the province of Sidi Kacem, there is an almost special case related to the urban dynamics of the region, represented by the slow pace of territorial transitions towards urbanization, as well as the rise of urban centers that have stagnated for decades on the territory of the province of Sidi Kacem. It goes without saying that through this study, we will try to present a general sociocommunity reading through the variable of the number and quality of local authorities, and the place of residence of the population among the territorial collectivities classified as rural or urban communes. | ||
