| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الأداء المنظمي وطبق في عينة من مراكز التعليم المستمر في الجامعات الحكومية لتكون الميدان الذي تجمع منه البيانات الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث، لغرض تحليلها والوصول إلى النتائج وتحقيق أهداف البحث. ومن أجل ذلك تم إعداد استبانة تجمع متغيرات البحث وبالاعتماد على مقاييس ونماذج سابقة، وتم توزيع الاستبانة على مدير المركز، مسؤولي الشعب، مسؤولي الوحدات، التدريسين، العاملين، وكان حجم العينة (104) فردا من مجتمع البحث الكلي البالغ (152) فردا من خلال استخدام معادلة دي موزغان في تحديد حجم العينة. ولأجل تحليل البيانات المتحصلة من استبانة البحث التي شكلت آراء وإجابات العينة، استخدم الباحث البرامج (SPSS v.28) لتحليل البيانات الأولية، وقد أظهر التحليل الإحصائي عدد من النتائج كان أبرزها وجود تأثير قوي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المنظمي. The current research aims to identify the extent of the impact of the use of information technology on organizational performance and was applied in a sample of continuing education centers in public universities to be the field from which data on research variables are collected, for the purpose of analyzing them, reaching the results and achieving the objectives of the research. For this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared that combines the research variables and based on previous standards and models, and the questionnaire was distributed to (the director of the center, people’s officials, unit officials, teachers, workers), and the sample size was (104) individuals from the total research community of (152) individuals by using De Morgan's equation to determine the sample size. In order to analyze the data obtained from the research questionnaire that formed the opinions and answers of the sample, the researcher used the programs (SPSS V.28) to analyze the primary data, and the statistical analysis showed a number of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of a strong impact of information technology on organizational performance.. |
