| المستخلص: | يدرس هذا البحث خطابا متخصصا ينتمي إلى حقل الخطاب الإداري، وهو التقرير الإداري، وكانت المقاربة تداولية؛ حيث يمكن لهذا المنهج دراسة اللغة الوظيفية أو لغة التواصل والواقع، وكانت عينة البحث تقارير ختامية مختارة لجمعيات رسمية مختلفة، يجمعها انتماؤها للقطاع غير الربحي (القطاع الثالث)، وكانت متنوعة الأهداف والاهتمامات والمجالات ما بين اجتماعية وخيرية وصحية، وكانت تقاريرها متنوعة المحتوى كذلك. وشملت خطة البحث توطئة عن التقرير الإداري والمنهج التداولي، ثم دراسة عناصر السياق ومحددات تشكيل الخطاب في التقرير، وهي المخاطِب والمخاطَب والعناصر المشتركة، تليها دراسة مستويات لغة التقرير، وهي المستوى اللفظي، والمستوى التركيبي، والمستوى التصويري، يليها تناول استراتيجيات الخطاب في التقرير: الاستراتيجية التضامنية والتوجيهية، والاستراتيجية المباشرة والتلميحية، والاستراتيجية الإقناعية. وقد كشف البحث عن اهتمام القطاعات المختلفة بالتقارير الختامية، ولاسيما القطاع الثالث؛ فهذه التقارير فيها إبراز لجهوده، وبرغم تباين التقارير الختامية في محتوياتها، فإنما تتضمن غالبا رؤية الجهة ورسالتها وأهدافها وقيمها، كما تتضمن الإنجازات مدعومة بالإحصاءات والأرقام وموثقة بالصور، ويتحدد تشكيل الخطاب في التقارير الختامية وفقا للمرسل والمتلقي وما يربط بينهما من سياقات أو ظروف محيطة، كما تتنوع استراتيجيات الخطاب في التقارير الختامية بحسب هدف التقرير وأنماط المخاطبين. This research examines a specialized functional language, the language of the administrative report, which is a form of administrative writing, from a deliberative point of view, a trend that can study functional language or reality language, and the sample of the research was selected final reports of various associations, combined by their affiliation with the non-profit sector (third sector), which are associations of diverse objectives, interests and areas between social, .charitable and health, and their reports are diverse and diverse content as well The research plan included a prelude to the administrative report and the deliberative approach, and then the study of the elements of context and determinants of speech formation in the report, namely the addressee, the addressor, the addressor and the common elements, followed by the study of the levels of the language of the report, which is the verbal level, the compositional level and the pictorial level, followed by the discussion of the speech strategies in the report: .solidarity and guidance strategy, direct and insinuation strategy, and persative strategy. The research revealed the interest of different sectors in the final reports, particularly the third sector, these reports highlight his efforts, and although the final reports differ in their contents, they often include the vision of the entity, its mission, its objectives and its values, as well as the achievements supported by statistics, figures and documented in pictures, and the composition of the speech in the final reports is determined according to the sender and the recipient and the surrounding contexts or circumstances associated with them, as well as the strategies of the speech in the final reports according to the objective of the report and the patterns of the recipients. |
