| المستخلص: | سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى استكشاف المشكلات التي تواجه الدارسين الأجانب بمراكز تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في مصر، مع وضع رؤية تربوية مقترحة لمواجهة مشكلات الدارسين الأجانب بمركزي الشيخ زايد، ولسان العرب كنموذجين لمراكز تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في مصر، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، والذي تم توظيفه في رصد مشكلات الدارسين الأجانب من خلال إعداد استبانة إلكترونية موجهة لعينة من الدارسين الأجانب بمركزي الشيخ زايد ولسان العرب. وبلغت عينة الدراسة (247) دارسا ودارسة، بواقع 7% من المجتمع الأصلي بمركز الشيخ زايد، كما بلغت عينة الدراسة (66) دارسا ودارسة، بواقع 13% من المجتمع الأصلي بمركز لسان العرب. وخلصت الدراسة فيما يتعلق بآراء أفراد العينة من الدارسين الأجانب الملتحقين بمركز الشيخ زايد حول المشكلات التي تواجههم: إلى أن أكثر المشكلات التي تواجههم على الترتيب: هي المشكلات التنظيمية والإدارية، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالمباني والتجهيزات والمرافق الخاصة، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالدارسين، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالبرامج الدراسية والأنشطة التعليمية، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة تأتى المشكلات المتعلقة بالهيئة التدريسية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة أفراد العينة من الدارسين الأجانب بمركز الشيخ زايد على توافر المشكلات التي تواجه الدارسين الأجانب بمركز الشيخ زايد في الاستبانة ككل كانت بدرجة ضعيفة، حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الاستبانة ككل (47.36). أما فيما يتعلق بآراء أفراد العينة من الدارسين الأجانب الملتحقين بمركز لسان العرب حول المشكلات التي تواجههم: فإن أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه الدارسين الأجانب بمركز لسان العرب هي المشكلات التنظيمية والإدارية، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالبرامج الدراسية والأنشطة التعليمية، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالمباني والتجهيزات والمرافق الخاصة، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالدارسين، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة تأتى المشكلات المتعلقة بالهيئة التدريسية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن درجة موافقة أفراد العينة من الدارسين الأجانب بمركز لسان العرب على توافر المشكلات التي تواجه الدارسين الأجانب بمركز لسان العرب في الاستبانة ككل كانت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الاستبانة ككل (62.82). وفيما يتعلق بالنتائج الخاصة بالفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات الدارسين الأجانب في كل من مركزي الشيخ زايد، لسان العرب، فقد وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاستجابة على استبيان المشكلات وجميع محاوره لصالح مركز لسان العرب كنموذج للمراكز الخاصة المعنية بتعليم اللغة العربية للدارسين الأجانب حيث يعاني الدارسون الأجانب من وجود مشكلات أكثر من المشكلات القائمة بمركز الشيخ زايد كنموذج للمراكز الحكومية المعنية بتعليم اللغة العربية للدارسين الأجانب، ويتضح ذلك من خلال متوسطات الرتب. The current study sought to explore the problems facing foreign students in centers of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in Egypt, with a proposed educational vision to confront the problems of foreign students in Sheikh Zayed centers and Lisan Al Arab as two models for centers of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in Egypt. The study relied on the descriptive approach. Which was employed in monitoring the problems of foreign students by preparing an electronic questionnaire addressed to a sample of foreign students at the Sheikh Zayed and Lisan Al Arab Centers. The sample of the study amounted to 247 male and female students, 7% from the original community in the Sheikh Zayed Center, and the study sample amounted to (66) male and female students, at a rate of 13% from the original community in the Lisan Al Arab Center. The study concluded with regard to the opinions of the sample members of the foreign students enrolled at the Sheikh Zayed Center on the problems they face: that the most problems they face, in order: are organizational and administrative problems, followed by problems related to buildings, equipment and special facilities, followed by problems related to students, followed by problems related to programs academic and educational activities, and in the last place come the problems related to the teaching staff. The study also concluded that the degree of approval of the sample members of the foreign students at the Sheikh Zayed Center on the availability of the problems facing the foreign students at the Sheikh Zayed Center in the questionnaire as a whole was a weak degree, as the relative weight of the responses of the study sample members about the questionnaire as a whole was (47.36). As for the opinions of the sample members of the foreign students enrolled in the Lisan Al Arab Center on the problems they face: the most problems facing the foreign students at the Lisan Al Arab Center are the organizational and administrative problems, followed by the problems related to study programs and educational activities, followed by the problems related to buildings, equipment and special facilities, followed by Problems related to students, and in the last place are problems related to the teaching staff. The study also concluded that the degree of approval of the sample members of the foreign students at the Lisan Al Arab Center on the availability of the problems facing the foreign students at the Lisan Al Arab Center in the questionnaire as a whole was at a medium degree, as the relative weight of the responses of the study sample members about the questionnaire as a whole was (62.82). With regard to the results of the statistically significant differences between the responses of foreign students in each of the Sheikh Zayed and Lisan Al Arab centers, statistically significant differences were found in the response to the problem questionnaire and all of its interlocutors in favor of the Lisan Al Arab Center as a model for the private centers concerned with teaching Arabic to foreign students, where students suffer Foreigners find that there are more problems than the existing problems in the Sheikh Zayed Center as a model for government centers concerned with teaching Arabic to foreign learners, and this is evident through the average ranks. |
