| المستخلص: | هدف هذا البحث هو إبراز استقلالية السلطة القضائية بموجب المعايير الدولية التي تطرقت إليها، ونصت على العديد من الضمانات التي تضمن احترام مبدأ استقلال القضاء، وقد شكل قضاء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في هذه الدراسة نموذجا لقضاء يستند إلى مبدأ استقلال سلطة القضاء، إذ سعى هذا المجلس إلى توحيد التنظيمات القضائية للدول الأعضاء، وجعل القضاء مستقلا من خلال تبنيه لوثيقة المنامة، وثيقة النظام (القانون) الموحد للسلطة القضائية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. The goal of this research is to highlight the independence of the judiciary under the international standards that it touched upon, and stipulated many guarantees that ensure respect for the principle of the independence of the judiciary, and the judiciary of the Gulf Cooperation Council states in this study formed a model for a judiciary based on the principle of the independence of the judiciary, as this council sought to the unification of the judicial organizations of the member states, and making the judiciary independently by adopting the Manama document, the unified system (law) document of the judicial authority of the Gulf Cooperation Council states. |
