| 520 | |a الحروب بين القوى الفاعلة في النظام الدولي شهدت انتقالات نوعية في أجيالها خلا المراحل التاريخية التي مرت بها الشعوب في صراعاتها، فتطورت أجيال الحروب المتعاقبة لتلبي الاحتياجات المتزايدة لإدارة تلك الصراعات في شتى أنحاء العالم، وبذلك انتقلت أجيال الحروب عبر السنين من مرحلة إلى أخرى واليوم نحن على أعتاب حروب الجيل السادس، وركائز هذه الحرب قد تم توظيفها في الصراع القائم بين قوى المحافظة والقوى التغييرية في النظام الدولي، وحروب هذا الجيل ستدار بأنظمة ذكية، وستحصد نتائج ذكية عبر تكنولوجيا الروبوتات والإلكترونيات والأتمتة ونظم الأسلحة ذاتية التشغيل، إلى جانب ابتكارات أخرى، إحدى مخرجات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، والتطورات البيولوجية إذ ستعمل هذه التقنيات على إتاحة إمكانية المواجهة والتلقائية ضد مصادر التهديد، ثم عسكرة الفضاء التي ستؤثر على ديناميكيات الصراع العسكري في المستقبل. |b The wars between the active powers in the international system witnessed qualitative transitions in their generations during the historical stages that peoples went through in their conflicts.
