| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين القيادة الملهمة وتماسك الفريق في رياضات كرة السلة وكرة اليد، أيضا التعرف على درجة القيادة الملهمة لدى مدربي كرة السلة وكرة اليد، درجة تماسك جماعة الفريق الرياضي (من وجهة نظر المدرب)، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي "المنهج الارتباطي"، تم إختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية والتي بلغ عددهم الكلى (120) مدربا من مدربي الدرجة الأولى المسجلين بالاتحادات الرياضية للموسم الرياضي 2021/2022 م بمحافظات (القاهرة -الجيزة -الإسكندرية -البحيرة)، وذلك بواقع (30) مدربا من مدربي الدرجة الأولى (15 كرة السلة-15 كرة اليد) عينة استطلاعية، (90) مدربا من مدربي الدرجة الأولى (45 كرة السلة -45 كرة اليد) عينة أساسية، استخدم الباحث الأدوات التالية (مقياس القيادة الملهمة -مقياس تماسك الفريق)، وكانت أهم النتائج: تصميم مقياس لتماسك الفريق في رياضات كرة السلة وكرة اليد؛ أمكن ترتيب أبعاد مقياس القيادة الملهمة لدى عينة البحث الكلية كالآتي (التواصل- التعاون- إدارة الذات- الشفافية- الثقة والاعتمادية -التحفيز)، أمكن ترتيب أبعاد مقياس تماسك الفريق الرياضي لدى عينة البحث الكلية كالآتي (الجاذبية لجماعة الفريق- الجاذبية لواجبات التدريب والمنافسة- المعايير المشتركة لجماعة الفريق- الولاء لجماعة الفريق- العمل الجماعي)، توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين درجات أبعاد مقياس القيادة الملهمة ودرجات أبعاد مقياس تماسك الفريق لدى مدربي رياضات (كرة السلة- كرة اليد). |b The research aims to study the relationship between inspired leadership and team cohesion in basketball and handball sports, as well as to identify the degree of inspired leadership among basketball and handball coaches, the degree of cohesion of the sports team group (from the point of view of the coach). The researcher used the descriptive method "the association method", The sample was chosen in a deliberate way, which reached their total number (120) of the first- class coaches registered with the sports federations for the 2021-2022 sports season in the governorates of (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Beheira), by (30) coaches from First-class coaches (15 basketball balls- 15 handballs) survey sample (90) first-class coaches (45 basketball balls- 45 handballs) baseline sample. The researcher used the following tools (inspirational leadership scale- team cohesion scale). The most important results were: Design a measure of team cohesion in basketball and handball sports. The dimensions of the overall research sample were arranged as follows (communication, cooperation, self-management, transparency, confidence and reliability, motivation). The dimensions of the overall research sample were arranged as follows (gravity of the team group, gravity of training duties and competition, common criteria of the team group, loyalty to the team group, team work). There is a statistically relevant correlation between the dimensions of the inspired leadership group and the dimensions of the team Basketball- Handball team cohesion measure. | ||
