| المستخلص: | حرصت الشريعة الإسلامية على غرس معاني البذل، وإسعاد الآخرين لتحصيل الأجر للمحسنين، وتحقيق السعادة والكفاية للمحتاجين، وحفزت ميدان المنافسة على فعل الخير بين الناس؛ تفعيلا لوجود المسلم في خلافة الأرض وتحقيق معاني الإنسانية، وتفعيل خلق الرحمة ونفع الآخرين، وأكدت على أهمية أن يكون هذا النفع له أثر متعد بعد ممات الشخص المتصدق، وتأكيدا على صلاحية الإسلام وديموميته، والخروج من بوتقة الفهم الضيق للإسلام على أنه مجرد طقوس عبادية بدنية وروحية. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة بالفهم الصحيح للإيمان المرتبط بالعمل من خلال إقامة مشاريع ريادية وخيرية تدر نفعاً متوارثا للعائل الفقير من جهة، وتحقق أجرا وثوابا للمتصدق من جهة أخرى، والتأكيد على عالمية رسالة الإسلام وأن مقصود الشرع: هو الفهم الصحيح والعمل المثابر، وأن سلامة العقل تحرض وتوحي إلى الجد ونبذ الكسل والخمول، من خلال البحث عن المفيد من العلم والعمل، وترك الضار تحت القاعدة العامة القائلة: لا فائدة في علم لا ينفع وجهل لا يضر، وبيان مظاهر الأثر النفعي على الفرد والمجتمع، والوقوف على آثاره، ومعرفة معوقاته. واتبعت في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي؛ لبيان مظاهر العمل النفعي، ودراسة آثاره وتحليل أبعاده ومعرفة معوقاته لتفعيل الآثار، وتكثير المظاهر، وتجنب المعوقات والعراقيل. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن هناك قصورا في معرفة الأثر النفعي على حقيقته في السنة النبوية عند العامة، وأن هناك قصورا في عرض المظاهر وآثار النفع المتعدي، وأن هناك حاجة ماسة للوقوف على العراقيل التي تحول دون تفعيل المبادرات الدافعة لفعل الخير وإحياء المبادرات الفردية والمجتمعية للحيلولة دون انتشار الفقر؛ مما يؤدي لشيوع الجريمة: كالسرقة والقتل والممارسات المحرمة؛ لأجل الترزق والتكسب، وإعطاء صورة غير نقية ومشوهة عن طبيعة المجتمع المسلم؛ الذي ينعم بالرخاء ويحقق الكفاية، وتفعيل أشكال الأثر النفعي في كل المجالات، وإقامة المؤتمرات والندوات العلمية والحوارية، ومجالس الوعظ في نواحي البلاد؛ لتفعيل العمل الخيري، والمساهمة في إعانة القطاع الحكومي بالمبادرات الفردية والقطاع الخاص، وتعريف الناس بفوائد العمل الخيري وآثاره. Islamic law made sure to instill the meanings of giving, making others happy in order to collect the reward for the benefactors, achieving happiness and sufficiency for the needy, and encouraged the field of competition to do good deeds among people. In order to activate the presence of the Muslim in the succession of the earth, to achieve the meanings of humanity, and to activate the manner of mercy and benefit others, which confirmed the importance of this benefit has multiple effects after the death of the person who gives charity, to confirm the validity and permanence of Islam, and to get out of the crucible of the narrow understanding of Islam as mere physical and spiritual worship rituals. The importance of this study lies in the correct understanding of the faith associated with work through the establishment of pioneering and charitable projects that bring an inherited benefit for the poor breadwinner on the one hand, and achieve a reward for the almsgiving on the other hand, and the confirmation on the universality of the message of Islam and that the intent of the Sharia: it is the right understanding and persevering work, that soundness of mind motivates, where it suggests seriousness and rejection of laziness and inactivity, by searching for the useful of knowledge and work, and leaving the harmful under the general rule that says: There is no benefit in knowledge that doesn’t benefit and ignorance that doesn’t harm, and a show of the manifestations of the beneficial effect on the individual and society, standing on its effects, and knowing its obstacles. In this study, I followed the analytical inductive approach. To demonstrate the manifestations of utilitarian work, study its effects, analyze its dimensions, and know its obstacles, in order to activate the effects, multiply the manifestations, and avoid hurdles and obstacles. The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: that there is a lack of knowing the true beneficial effect of the Prophet’s Sunnah in the public, and that there is a lack in presenting the manifestations and effects of the transgressive benefit, and that there is a necessary need to identify the obstacles that prevent the activation of initiatives that lead to good deeds and revive individual initiatives and community to prevent the spread of poverty; which leads to the prevalence of crime: such as theft, murder, and forbidden practices. For the sake of livelihood and earning, and to give an impure and distorted image of the nature of the Muslim community; who enjoys prosperity and achieves sufficiency, activating forms of beneficial effect in all fields, and holding conferences, scientific and dialogue seminars, and preaching councils in the regions of the country; to activate charitable work, contribute to subsidizing the government sector with individual initiatives and the private sector, and educate people about the benefits and effects of charitable work. |
