| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن صعوبات تعلم مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث التي تواجه متعلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة في مدارس بنغلاديش الحكومية، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات المطلوبة من أفراد مجموعة الدراسة، وذلك من خلال بناء استبيان يهدف إلى الاطلاع على مظاهر ضعف مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث لدى الفئة المستهدفة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٩٠) دارسًا يدرسون في ثلاثة صفوف (الصف السادس -الصف السابع-الصف الثامن) لمدارس بنغلاديش الحكومية، والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. تم تحليل البيانات، وتفسيرها باستخدام برنامج SPSS (تحليل التباين الأحادي-حساب التكرارات-النسب المئوية-المتوسطات الحسابية)، تكون البحث من عدد من المحاور: أولها يدور حول الإطار النظري للدراسة، ويتضمن أهداف تدريس مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث وصعوباتهما، وبعض الاستراتيجيات المقترحة لمعالجتها، بالإضافة لبعض الدراسات السابقة ذات الصلة بالدراسة الحالية. والمحور الثاني يشتمل على طريقة إجراء الدراسة وأداتها، وتناول المحور الثالث المعالجات الإحصائية لتحليل استجابات الفئة المستهدفة للوقوف على نتائج مظاهر الضعف في هاتين المهارتين وفقًا لما تم قياسه من الواقع الميداني، كما تضمن مناقشة النتائج. وأما المحور الأخير تضمن نتائج الدراسة وبعض التوصيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك صعوبات يواجهها الطلاب في تعلم مهارتي الاستماع والتحدث بدرجة مرتفعة، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الصعوبات لمهارتي الاستماع والتحدث لديهم وفقًا لمتغيري العمر والصف الدراسي. The study aimed to reveal the difficulties of learning the skills of listening and speaking that face Arabic language learners at the intermediate stage in Bangladeshi public schools. Weakness of listening and speaking skills among the target group, and the study sample consisted of (90) students studying in three grades (sixth grade - seventh grade - eighth grade) of Bangladeshi public schools, who were randomly selected. The data was analyzed and interpreted using the SPSS program (Analysis of Unilateral Variance - Frequency Calculation - Percentages - Arithmetic Averages). The research consisted of a number of axes: the first revolves around the theoretical framework of the study, and includes the objectives of teaching listening and speaking skills and their difficulties, and some suggested strategies to address them, In addition to some previous studies related to the current study. The second axis includes the method and tools of the study, and the third axis deals with statistical treatments to analyze the responses of the target group to find out the results of weaknesses in these two skills, according to what was measured from the field reality, and also included a discussion of the results. As for the last axis, it included the results of the study and some recommendations, and the study concluded that there are difficulties faced by students in learning the skills of listening and speaking to a high degree, in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences between the average difficulties of their listening and speaking skills according to the variables of age and grade. |
