| المستخلص: | يعتمد التعليم الإلكتروني أساسا على الكمبيوتر والشبكات في نقل المعارف والمهارات، وتضم تطبيقاته التعلم عبر الويب والتعلم بالحاسوب وغرف التدريس الافتراضية والتعاون الرقمي، ويتم تقديم محتوى الدروس عبر الإنترنيت والأشرطة السمعية والفيديو والأقراص المدمجة، وكذلك يتم الرد على جميع الأسئلة وإرسال الاختبارات النهائية والنصف نهائية وكذلك الأبحاث من خلال البرامج أو الايميل. ولقد أدت النقلات السريعة في مجال التقنية إلى ظهور أنماط جديدة للتعلم والتعليم، مما زاد في ترسيخ مفهوم التعليم الفردي أو الذاتي؛ حيث يتابع المتعلم تعلمه حسب طاقته وقدرته وسرعة تعلمه ووفقا لما لديه من خبرات ومهارات سابقة، ويعتبر التعليم الإلكتروني أحد هذه الأنماط المتطورة لما يسمى بالتعلم عن بعد عامة، والتعليم المعتمد على الحاسوب خاصة. فلا يكفي أن نسعى لدمج التكنولوجيا بالتعليم وإعطاء المحاضرات والندوات بأهميتها في الغرف الصفية، ولكن في الحقيقة الجانب العملي هو الجانب الذي يجب أن نبدأ منه فرضياتنا ودراساتنا وليس التنظير في الجامعات والندوات، فما كان من جائحة كوفيد ١٩ إلا أن أظهرت حقيقة هذه الدعوات ومدى قدرة المؤسسات الجامعية على التعامل مع المستجدات التعليمية، وكذا ضرورة وضع آليات لتطوير التعليم والتقويم الإلكترونيين في الجامعة الجزائرية، حتى تواكب نظيرتها من الدول المتقدمة.
