The Article attempts to analyze the issue of democratic transition in Algeria after the start of the popular Harak on February 22, 2019 calling for a radical change of the political system and building a state of truth and law. Which is determined in the struggle between two opposing currents, the retrenched conservative current that resists change, and the reformist change current that aspires to radical change. The article aims to try to understand the new wave of change and to explain its outcomes in the midst of the surrounding internal and external circumstances and in light of the conflict between the main actors and to study the possibilities and opportunities for completion and consensus on the new wave of democratic transition in Algeria. |
