| 520 | |a يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح دور التحول الرقمي في الحد من نمو الاقتصاد غير الرسمي في مصر وذلك باستخدام التطبيقات والآليات المختلفة للتحول الرقمي، الجهود التي تقوم بها الدولة من أجل دمج القطاع غير الرسمي داخل القطاع الرسمي، من خلال استراتيجية للدمج على عدة محاور منها تكامل منظومة الإجراءات والخدمات في مكان واحد، منصة مصر الرقمية، منظومة الدفع الإلكتروني، الاهتمام بتنمية صناعة الإلكترونيات، تنمية المهارات والموارد البشرية الرقمية، كما قام البنك المركزي بعمل مبادرات لدعم البيئة التنظيمية للتكنولوجيا المالية وذلك من خلال الإطار القانوني/ التشريعي، ووضع قواعد منظمة لشبكة المدفوعات اللحظية، وجود سياسات رقمية منظمة من أجل تحول رقمي فعال تتمثل في التطور المستمر للبنية التحتية، السعي نحو تحقيق العدالة الرقمية، القضاء على الأمية الرقمية، تحقيق الأمن السيبراني، وخلص البحث إلى أن هناك دور للتحول الرقمي في الحد من نمو الاقتصاد غير الرسمي وذلك من خلال منظومة تطور الضرائب، والقانون رقم ١٥٢ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ المنظم ليتيح حوافز ضريبية للمشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، لكي يسهل انضمامها داخل منظومة الاقتصاد الرسمي. |b This research aims to clarify the role of digital transformation in limiting the growth of the informal economy in Egypt by using the various applications and mechanisms of digital transformation. the efforts made by the state to integrate the informal sector into the formal sector. through a strategy of integration on several axes. including the integration of the system Procedures and services in one place. Egypt’s digital platform. electronic payment system. attention to the development of the electronics industry. skills development and digital human resources. and the Central Bank has taken initiatives to support the financial technology regulatory environment through the legal/ legislative framework. and set rules governing the instant payments network. The existence of organized digital policies for effective digital transformation represented in the continuous development of infrastructure. the pursuit of digital justice. the elimination of digital illiteracy. and cybersecurity. and the research concluded that there is a role for digital transformation in limiting the growth of the informal economy through The tax development system. and Law No. 152 of 2020 regulating to provide tax incentives for small and micro enterprises.
