| 520 | |b The objective of this article is to propose the implementation of Pareto's law, also known as the 80/20 method, for the management of tax files with a view to recovering tax potential. An application is carried out on the polluting tax, whose data are provided by the environment department of Bejaia. It has made it possible to sort the level of tax on polluting or environmentally dangerous activities according to the nature of the activity (sector) in order to identify the 20% of activities (files) generating 80% of tax, on which the tax administration should focus its efforts. |d L’objectif de cet article est de proposer la mise en oeuvre de la loi de Pareto, appelée aussi méthode des 80/20, pour la gestion des dossiers fiscaux dans une perspective de recouvrement du potentiel fiscal. Une application est réalisée sur la taxe polluante, dont les données sont fournies par la direction de l’environnement de Bejaia. Elle a permis de trier le niveau de la taxe sur les activités polluantes ou dangereuses pour l’environnement selon la nature de l’activité (secteur) afin de dégager les 20% des activités (dossiers) générant 80% de taxe, sur lesquelles l’administration fiscale devra focaliser ses efforts. | ||
