| المستخلص: | The purpose of this article is to present a particular mode of financing, which is crowd funding or participative financing. This method of financing would allow the realization and promotion of entrepreneurial projects. To this end, our vocation is to understand this mode of contemporary financing. We will draw up an inventory of this type of financing in Algeria. Although it is a means of financing suitable for SMEs and start-ups, its implementation requires a transition to a digital economy, as well as the existence of an appropriate regulatory framework. Cet article a pour objet de présenter un mode de financement particulier, qui est le crowd funding ou le financement participatif. Ce mode de financement, permettrait, la réalisation et la promotion des projets entrepreneuriaux. A cet effet, nous avons pour vocation, de comprendre ce mode de financement contemporain. Nous dresserons, un état des lieux de ce type de financement en Algérie. Bien que ce soit un moyen de financement adapté aux entreprises de type PME et startup, sa mise en place, nécessite une transition vers une économie numérique, ainsi que l’existence d’un cadre réglementaire approprié. |
