| المستخلص: | This work aims to identify, first, the contributions of reflection on CSR. Secondly, to analyze the CSR approach adopted within Algerian companies. In this international context, Algerian companies are aware of the challenges and the importance of adopting the CSR approach, which can be a guarantee in terms of competitive advantages. Ce travail vise à identifier, en premier lieu, les apports de la réflexion en matière de RSE. Et en deuxième lieu, analyser la démarche de la RSE adoptée au sein des entreprises algériennes. Dans ce contexte international, les entreprises algériennes consciente des défis et de l’importance de l’adoption de la démarche RSE qui peut constituer un gage en termes d’avantages compétitifs pour ces dernières. |
