| 520 | |b This article deals with the problem of declining production combined with the increase in local consumption of hydrocarbons in Algeria and their impacts on economic and energy transitions. Indeed, without a real strategy of industrialization of the Algerian economy, this dilemma risks compromising these two transitions. A strategy, which goes hand in hand with a national energy efficiency strategy, which should involve all actors in society to succeed this transition by fighting against the waste of energy in all its forms, with energy-efficient buildings and a more sustainable transport policy. |d Cet article traite la problématique du déclin de la production conjugué à la hausse de la consommation locale des hydrocarbures en Algérie et leurs impacts sur les transitions économiques et énergétique. En effet, sans une véritable stratégie d’industrialisation de l’économie algérienne, ce dilemme risque de compromettre ces deux transitions. Une stratégie, qui va de pair, avec une stratégie nationale d’efficacité énergétique, qui devrait impliquer tous les acteurs de la société pour réussir cette transition en luttant contre le gaspillage de l’énergie sous toutes ses formes, avec des constructions moins énergivores et une politique du transport plus durable. | ||
