Nevertheless, students and researchers suffer from precarity front reveals sociolinguistic incompetence, editorial, communicational, which prevents the scientific research process, hence our problematic which analyses the reasons, which prevents some students to publish their researches in scientific international journals and indexed. A reflection on the reality for the linguistic duality from university teaching and learning in Algeria. |d Dans le milieu universitaire Algérien et particulièrement dans le milieu des sciences humaines et sociales , étudiants et chercheurs souffrent sur le plan socio linguistique d'une précarité, qui dévoile un problème d’ incompétence linguistique, rédactionnelle et communicationnelle qui entrave le processus de la recherche scientifique chez les étudiants et chercheurs, d’où la problématique de notre contribution qui analyse les raisons qui empêchent certains de publier des recherches dans des revues scientifiques internationales et indexées.
