| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة معلمي الاجتماعيات في المرحلة الابتدائية لمهارات التعليم الفعال، أعدت الباحثة استبانة تضمنت (٨) مجالات، وهي (مجال الأهداف التربوية، ومجال استعمال الوسائل التعليمية، ومجال استعمال طريقة التدريس، ومجال استعمال مصادر التعليم، ومجال عرض المادة الدراسية، ومجال استثارة الدافعية، ومجال التقويم)، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة عن طريق عرضها على مجموعة من المحكمين، وثباتها عن طريق تحليل التباين، أجرت الباحثة تطبيقها على أفراد عينة البحث بطريقة الملاحظة المباشرة، وقد استعملت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة لطبيعة بحثها، وهي اختبار كأي لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين المعلمين المتقنين وغير المتقنين لمهارات التعليم الفعال، وحسب الجنس والمؤهل، والخبرة، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لمعرفة ثبات استمارة الملاحظة، وتحليل التباين لاستخراج الثبات بطريقة هويت، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة توصي بالآتي: ١. الاهتمام بتدريب المعلمين والمعلمات على جميع مهارات التعليم الفعال قبل الخدمة على أسس علمية ونظرية سليمة. ٢. تضمين برامج إعداد المعلمين بعض الموضوعات والمواد الدراسية اللازمة لإكساب المعلمين مهارات التعليم الفعال، واستكمالا لجوانب البحث الحالي تقترح الباحثة الآتي: - إجراء دراسة مماثلة لتحديد درجة ممارسة معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية لكل مادة على حدة. - إجراء دراسة تقويمية لمناهج إعداد المعلمين والمعلمات في كليات التربية الأساسية وكليات التربية في ضوء المهارات التي توصل إليه البحث الحالي. The current research aims to identify the degree to which teachers of social sciences practice effective teaching skills in the primary stage. The researcher prepared a questionnaire that included (8) areas, namely (the field of educational goals, the field of using educational aids, the field of using the teaching method, the field of using educational resources, the field of the presentation of the material, the field of motivation, and the field of evaluation). After confirming the validity of the tool by presenting it to a group of experts, and its stability through the analysis of variance, the researcher applied it to the individuals of the research sample by the direct observation. The researcher used the appropriate statistical methods; chi-square test to find out the significant differences between professional and non-professional teachers in terms of effective teaching skills according to gender, qualification and experience, Pearson correlation coefficient to determine the stability of the observation form, and Hoyt’s method for the analysis of variance to extract stability. In the light of the results reached by the researcher, she recommends the following: 1. Paying attention to training male and female teachers on all skills of effective education before service on the basis of sound scientific and theoretical foundations. 2. The teacher preparation programs should include some subjects and study materials that provide teachers with effective teaching skills. To complement the aspects of the current research, the researcher suggests the following: 1. Conducting a similar study to determine the degree to which primary school teachers practice each subject separately. 2. Conducting an evaluation study of the curricula for preparing male and female teachers in the faculties of basic education and faculties of education in the light of the skills reached by the current research. |
