| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تحديد العوامل التي يمكن من خلالها جذب الفئات الشبابية للتطوع في العمل بالجمعيات الخيرية لدعم الأسرية الفقيرة، كمطلب من متطلبات التنمية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على استخدام المنهج الوصفي ودراسة الحالة لجمعية الأورمان فرع الدقهلية، وأعدت أداة بعنوان: عوامل جذب الفئات الشبابية للتطوع في دعم الأسر الفقيرة، وطبقت على المسئولين بالجمعية وعددهم (17) مفردة، كما طبقت على عينة بلغت (143) مفردة من فئة الشباب المتطوع بالجمعية، والذي تم تحديدهم بقانون "استيفن ثاميسون"، وقد طبقت أداة البحث في الفترة 5/10/2022 من إلى 10/10/2022 م، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: ضرورة الاهتمام بالقيم الجوهرية لجذب الشباب للتطوع، والعمل على الالتزام بالاعتراف الفكري للشباب التطوع وفقا للقوانين والدساتير المصرية، وضرورة تنوع أساليب التطوع أمام الشباب لاختيار ما يناسبهم حسب أوقات فراغهم ورغباتهم، ومع مراعاة تقديم المساعدة للفقراء بعيداً عن دمجها بالمشكلات الشخصية، كما توصل البحث لعدد من المقترحات من وجهة نظر المسؤولين وفئة الشباب المتطوع، وكان أهمها التأكيد على العمل بوازع ديني ودون انتظار عائد مادي. The Aim of the Research is to determine the Factors through which it is possible to attract Youth groups to Volunteer to work in charitable societies to support poor families, as a requirement of development Requirements. In support of poor Families, To achieve this, it was based on the use of the descriptive approach and the case Study of the Orman Association, Dakahlia Branch, and a tool was prepared entitled: Factors for Attracting Youth Groups to Volunteer in Supporting Poor Families, and it was applied to the association’s officials, numbering (17) Individuals, and it was also applied to a sample of (143) Individuals from the group of Youth Volunteers in the association, who were identified by the “Steven Thompson” law, and the Research tool was applied in the period from 5/10/ 2022 to 10/10/2022, and the Results of the Research concluded: the Need to pay attention to the core Values to attract Young people to volunteer, and to work on Commitment to the intellectual recognition of volunteer Youth, in accordance with Egyptian laws and constitutions, and the need to diversify the methods of volunteering for Young people to choose what suits them according to their free time and desires, and taking into account Providing assistance to the poor without merging it with personal problems. The Research also reached a Number of proposals from the point of view of officials and the group of Young volunteers, the most Important of which was the emphasis on religiously motivated work and without waiting for a financial Return. |
