| 520 | |a إن الأسرة هي أساس المجتمع، فإذا ما تميزت بالتماسك والاستقرار انعكس ذلك إيجابيا على المجتمع، وتعد ظاهرة الطلاق إحدى المشكلات الاجتماعية التي يعانى منها المجتمع في الآونة الأخيرة، وما يترتب عليها من مشكلات كالتفكك الأسرى والانحرافات السلوكية والأخلاقية، وتسعى طريقة خدمة الفرد كإحدى طرق الخدمة الاجتماعية إلى تحسين الأداء الاجتماعي للأسرة من خلال دراسة أحوالها باعتبارها الوحدة الأساسية في كل نظام اجتماعي، وهناك ضرورة لإمداد الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في مكاتب تسوية المنازعات الأسرية الملحقة بمحاكم الأسرة بالمقومات العلمية والمهنية والمهارات الخاصة بالعمل، ومن ثم تهدف هذه الدراسة تحديد متطلبات جودة الأداء المهني للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين مع حالات الطلاق للضرر بمكاتب تسوية النزاعات الأسرية بمحاكم الأسرة، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى النمط الدراسات الوصفية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى توافر المعارف حول تقييم أنماط السلوك لدى الأطراف المتنازعة، وإجراء الأبحاث المتعلقة بمشكلات الطلاق للضرر، وتوافر معارف حول تجويد الأداء المهني للأخصائي الاجتماعي في العمل مع الحالات الفردية، كذلك تقدير الأخصائي مشاعر المتنازعين عند عرض المشكلة لديه، وتحديد الأولوية للحفاظ على كيان الأسرة، وتوافر روح التعاون مع فريق العمل لحل مشكلات المتنازعين، والقدرة على استثارة المتنازعين للمساهمة في حل المشكلات، والقدرة على استخدام المهارة في تناول ومساعدة الحالات على مواجهة المشكلات الأسرية، والقدرة على التفاوض مع الأطراف المتنازعة. |b The family is the basis of society, and if it is characterized by cohesion and stability, this will reflect positively on society, The phenomenon of divorce is one of the social problems that society has been suffering from in recent times, And the consequent problems such as the disintegration of prisoners and behavioral and moral deviations, The Case Work method as one of the social service methods seeks to improve the social performance of the family by studying its conditions as the basic unit in every social system, There is a need to provide the social workers in the family dispute settlement offices attached to the family courts with the scientific, professional, and work-related skills, Hence, this study aims to determine the requirements for the quality of professional performance of social workers working with cases of divorce to damage family dispute settlement offices in family courts, This study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, The results of the study reached the availability of knowledge about evaluating the behavior patterns of the conflicting parties, conducting research related to the problems of divorce for harm, and the availability of knowledge about improving the professional performance of the social worker in working with individual cases, as well as the specialist’s appreciation of the feelings of the disputants when presenting the problem to him, and determining the priority to preserve the entity The family, the availability of a spirit of cooperation with the work team to solve the problems of the disputants, the ability to provoke the disputants to contribute to solving problems, the ability to use skill in handling and helping cases to face family problems, and the ability to negotiate with the conflicting parties. | ||
