| المستخلص: | تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلى موضوع الإصلاح السياسي في الجزائر عقب موجة الحراك الشعبي بعد 2019، حيث قدمنا وصف لمفاهيم الإصلاح السياسي والنظام الانتخابي وتسليط الضوء على واقع الانتخابات التشريعية لسنة 2021 في ظل الإصلاحات التي بادر بها النظام السياسي الجزائري. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى تأثير الإصلاح السياسي على المشاركة السياسية ومدى نجاعة النظام الانتخابي المعمول به في تحسين العملية الانتخابية ودمقرطتها وتحليل نتائجها لمقارنة الانتخابات بسابقيها من خلال الانتخابات التشريعية 2012 و2017. وبعد الدراسة تبين أن مسار الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر شابها الكثير من العثرات خصوصا ما تعلق بالعملية الانتخابية الأمر الذي يجعلها عملية ديناميكية تظهر كل ما كانت هناك احتجاجات بغية تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يعرقل المسار الديمقراطي في الجزائر. This study touched on the issue of political reform Algeria after the wave of popular movement after in 2019, where we presented a description of the concepts of political reform and the electoral system and shed light on the reality of the legislative elections of 2021 in light of the reforms initiated by the Algerian political system. This study aimed to show the extent of impact of political reform on political life and the effectiveness of the electoral system in place in improving and democratizing its results, and comparing the elections with its predecessors during the 2012 and 2017 legislative election. After the study it was found that the path of political reforms in Algeria was marred by many obstacles, especially with regard to the electoral process which makes it a dynamic process that shows all that there were protests in order to achieve political stability which would impede the democratic path in Alegria |
