| المستخلص: | إن الحديث الذي عليه مدار البحث إسناده صحيح، هناك أهدافا تربوية سامية تعرفت عليها من خلال الحديث ترفع من عمل بها إلى المعالي إذا تربى عليها الفرد المسلم ونصح بها غيره وهذه الأهداف استنبطها العلماء من الحديث، أولا: على كل مسلم ومسلمة ترك الشبهات والاحتكام إلى ما يطمئن إليه قلبه من تحري الحلال وترك الحرام. ثانيا: يجب على كل مسلم ومسلمة تعليم الأبناء الصدق وتجنب الكذب واتباع الطرق السليمة والنصائح المتبعة في نصحهم وإرشادهم. ثالثا: الشك في طهارة الماء تبقي الماء طاهرا بناء على أصله وهو الطهارة والشك في نجاسة الماء تبقي الماء نجسا بناء على أصله وهو النجاسة. رابعا: تحري طهارة الثياب إذا اشتبهت على المسلم ثياب طاهرة بثياب نجسة. خامسا: إذا شك المصلي في عدد ركعات الصلاة بنى على الأقل المتيقن سادسا: إذا شك الصائم في غروب الشمس وأكل أو شرب شاكا بغروبها يعد فاطرا ويجب عليه القضاء. سابعا: صحة صوم الشاك في دخول الفجر وليس عليه قضاء ذلك اليوم لأنه متيقن بقاء الليل ثامنا: الشاك في عدد أشواط الطواف يبني على الأقل المتيقن قياسا على الصلاة.
