| المستخلص: | Our research focuses on the evaluation of the performance of information systems against best practices in information systems governance in order to suggest areas for improvement. The desired objective is to make more of the IS of Algerian companies a real tool for performance and value creation. This study was carried out based on the results of a perception survey of 56 users, the SPSS V23 software was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire and to process the collected data. The results of this study show that the performance of the information systems of Algerian companies is not satisfactory. Notre recherche se focalise sur l’évaluation de la performance des systèmes d’information par rapport aux bonnes pratiques de la gouvernance des systèmes d’information (GSI) afin de proposer des axes d’amélioration. L’objectif recherché, est de faire d’avantage du SI des entreprises algériennes un véritable outil de performance et de création de valeur ajoutée. Cette étude a été réalisé en s’appuyant sur les résultats d’une enquête de perception auprès de 56 utilisateurs, le logiciel SPSS V23 a été utilisé pour tester la fiabilité du questionnaire et pour traiter les données collectées. Les résultats de cette étude, nous pouvons avancer que la performance des systèmes d’information des entreprises algériennes n’est pas satisfaisante. |
