| المستخلص: | تحاول هذه الورقة العلمية تسليط الضوء على ثنائية الطرف والمركز على عهد السلطان الحسن الأول، ودراسة طبيعتها والعوامل المؤثرة في علاقة هذا المركز بأطرافه البعيدة خلال فترة تاريخية حرجة شهدت تصاعد الأطماع الأجنبية الساعية إلى الهيمنة على منافع ومقدرات البلاد، والتسرب عبر هوامش الدولة وطرافها البعيدة، مستغلة الوهن الذي دب في أجهزة المخزن التقليدية أصلا، وكذا ترهل سلطته على تلك الأطراف مقابل تصاعد قوة الزعامات المحلية وتصاعد نفوذها وعلاقاتها مع الدول الأجنبية. وكان وادي نون من أهم المجالات التي حظيت بقسط مهم من انشغالات المخزن الحسني، باعتباره طرفا تأثر بشكل واضح بحجم الضغوط السياسية التي مارستها الدول الأوربية على المغرب، فاستطاع المساهمة في توجيه قدر واسع من الجهد السياسي والعسكري الذي حاول من خلالها السلطان الحسن الأول ضبط علاقته بأطرافه المستهدفة بالهيمنة الأجنبية. This scientific paper attempts to shed light on the duality of the party and the center during the reign of Sultan Hassan I, and to study its nature and the factors affecting the relationship of this center with its distant parties during a critical historical period that witnessed the rise of foreign ambitions seeking to dominate the benefits and capabilities of the country, and leakage through the margins of the state and its distant parties, exploiting The weakness that erupted in the traditional warehouse devices in the first place, as well as the erosion of its authority over those parties in return for the escalation of the power of local leaders and the escalation of their influence and their relations with foreign countries. Wadi Noun was one of the most important areas that received an important part of Al-Makhzan Al-Hassani’s preoccupations, as he was a party that was clearly affected by the extent of the political pressures exerted by European countries on Morocco, He was able to contribute to directing a large amount of political and military effort through which Sultan Hassan I tried to control his relationship with his parties targeted by foreign domination. |
