| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن كيفية تعامل المفسرين مع قاعدة التأسيس أولى من التأكيد، موافقة أو مخالفة للقاعدة مع الوقوف على الأسباب التي دعتهم لهذه المخالفة. وقام الباحثان باستقراء عدد من الآيات التي وقف عندها بعض المفسرين وتحليل استنباطاتهم وبيان ما يتفق منها مع القاعدة وما يخالفها مستخدمين المنهج الاستدلالي الترجيحي. ومن أهم النتائج التي خلصت إليها الدراسة أن العمل بالقاعدة لا يقف عند آيات الأحكام، بل يشمل آيات القصص وآيات دلائل القدرة وغيرها. ومنها أن بعض المفسرين رجح ما لا يتفق والقاعدة لاعتبارات متعددة بينتها الدراسة، منها ثبوت حديث صحيح أو سبب نزول صحيح يرجح معنى يخالف القاعدة، ومنها اعتماد بعض المفسرين على القراءات الشاذة في تقرير معنى يخالف القاعدة. As many of the sciences of the holy Qur’an are related to the science of Jurisprudence principles, many of interpreters have a keen interest in this science. Some of those interpreters wrote books on it but there was a condition for the interpreter to be a scholar in the principles of jurisprudence. Among the fundamentalist rules that the interpreters argued in which they depend on during interpreting the Holy Qura'n is the rule of (foundation "of new meanings" is more important than confirmation). This rule was an origin for many scholars of interpretation, despite of their violating it in several positions by not following it while giving their expository meaning. This study has come, first; to reveal the position of the interpreters on this fundamentalist rule. Second, to show the cases on which the interpretation was preferred. Third, to present the cases in which the interpreters violated this rule and the reasons that led them to do so. Finally, the study has discussed all of these subjects according to the scientific methodology that were followed. |
